Amazon Discount Codes – Do They Actually Work? by John Stamm
So the holidays are here, you have to do your holiday shopping. All those presents for your family and friends. What a hassle sometimes. You think, I will just log into amazon.com and at least get some ideas on what to buy. You start browsing around their online site and kind of start to figure out what you need to get. You add it to the cart and get the final price.
Then, minutes before checkout you get an idea. Why can’t I use some online amazon codes just like any other online retailer and get a discount on my purchase?
Makes sense right?
Next step is to start googling words like ” Amazon Promotional Codes , amazon discount codes, amazon coupon codes, amazon promotional codes etc.” A few popular sites come up and blast you with a million Amazon Promotional Codes and their 8-digit codes that you have to click on to “redeem”.
Yet, every single code you click on does NOT work and all of them seem to be irrelevant and having nothing to do with merchandise you really want to buy. Most of the Amazon Coupon Codes are outdated or are useful only for a limited number of customers. The lucky ones that will click right the moment the coupon is published.
Or you have to deal with plain spam. Spam? Yes, you heard well. Fraudulent sites that want you to click on their ads in order to make a few pennies. Other times they will require for personal information in order to redeem the discount codes, charge you with monthly payments you did not want at the first place or just plain waste your time.
So how do you deal with all this? Is there a way to get discount coupons on products that you really need and avoid spam?
My answer is YES! And here is how…
1. Avoid any of the regular coupon websites
- But wait a minute…isn’t Your Website an amazon coupon site? How can you say that about Your Own business?
-The truth is that most of the popular coupon websites have no valid and workingCoupons for Amazon . They will only post amazon codes that have been created by a computer and were never working at the first place. Now I am not saying that none of the Amazon Promotional Codes on those sites work. You are more than likely to find a lot of Amazon Coupons that are valid for most of the online retailers. It is just that amazon.com is different in a sense that it does not need to create or publish Amazon Promo Codes in the same way that online and offline retailers do. So most sites will have a section about Amazon Coupon Codes just because people search for them but this does not mean that they will work.
2. Look for sections of the amazon.com online site that are dedicated specifically to discounts, deals or last minute-today only offers.
This of course is easier said than done since surfing through the amazon.com online site can be pretty tedious. Remember that it is the largest online retailer and it is practically impossible to fit everything in a single webpage. The discounts are there, they are just hard to find and sometimes you need some advice.
Navigate to our site and find quick links to several products that are heavily discounted. The links are all there in plain sight.
-Did you know for example there is a whole section about amazon warehouse deals right inside the amazon.com website. Although we will dedicate a whole different article on this, there are amazing offers and discounts on items that are almost new and with almost no wear and tear.
-There is also a dedicated page with multiple grocery Coupons for Amazon on amazon.com. I am not saying hurry up and order products you do not need but you might find some useful merchandise you would order anyway within this list. So why not save a few dollars? All those links are easy to find on our online site and we always make sure we update with the latest discount offers.
